Refund policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if within 15 days of purchase you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund. All pieces must be returned in a new and unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging. Please note that due to hygienic purposes, earrings are non-returnable/ non-refundable. Moreover, there is a €4 collection/delivery charge on returns.
